FAQ
Does my team need any design skills?
No. Your templates are designed once, then your team only fills in a form: the address, the price, the photos and so on. The layout, fonts and colours are locked, so every video comes out on brand.
Who designs the templates?
Your own designer can build them in the Edit Square editor, or we design them for you around your brand as part of onboarding. See what’s included, or email us to talk it through.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Any CRM or tool that can send a web request can start a render through our Render API, either directly or through a tool like Zapier or Make. Not sure about yours? Email us and we’ll check it for you.
Can we make videos for Instagram, TikTok and the portals?
Yes. Each template has its own size, so you can have a portrait version for Reels and TikTok, a square one for feeds and a landscape one for your website and portal listings.
How much does it cost?
Onboarding is a one-off $620, and we design your templates around your brand. After that you’re on the Premium plan at $60 per seat a month, which includes 150 cloud render credits a month. One credit is 5 seconds of render time, and each person who signs in needs a seat. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. See all plans.
